BloxProduct sells digital license keys for software and provides related support. Upon successful payment, we deliver the applicable license key to the email address you provide at checkout.
4.1. We sell digital license keys for use with their corresponding software.
4.2. License keys are non-transferable and are intended for use only with the software for which they were issued.
4.3. We reserve the right to revoke a license that is obtained or used fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

5.2. All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).

6.1. License keys are delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout, typically immediately after your payment is confirmed.
6.2. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and valid email address. If you do not receive your license key, contact us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloxProducts LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
7.2. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, if you breach these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11.1. The software associated with the license keys we sell is owned by its respective publisher and is protected by intellectual property laws.
11.2. Your purchase of a license key does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the software.

12.2. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
12.3. This disclaimer does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
